Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions from our customers!
Home delivery: your order will be posted to your home.
Collection-point delivery: you’ll need to select a collection point near you when you order online, and collect your order a few days later (3 to 5 working days).
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay by Paypal.
Naturally, our store is fully secure, and we have SSL encryption to protect your personal and confidential data. We use the global secure payment systems Stripe and Paypal.
We currently deliver all over Europe and our list of countries outside Europe keeps growing. When you place your order, we’ll let you know if the country of destination is eligible or not. If it is not possible to complete your order, this means that the chosen country of delivery is currently unavailable.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
They are delivered within 5 working days for Europe.
And within 10 days for DOM-TOM and the rest of the world.
After placing your order, we’ll send your package to La Poste within 2 days, from where your item will be shipped.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the progress of the delivery using the order tracking number on the Laposte.fr website.
Did you receive the shipping confirmation email? Don’t panic. If your order was placed more than 10 days ago, contact us and we’ll follow-up within 48 hours.
To be as environmentally friendly as possible and to avoid unnecessary packaging, optional purchases of balls and storage bags are usually sent in the same box as the Gabaky game. Please open the game box before contacting us for an incomplete order.
Yes, this is normal. The balls weigh an average of 37g. However, they are handmade and may therefore sometimes have small differences in size and filling. We constantly strive to improve the quality and consistency of our products.
Unfortunately, this can happen, and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us and explain the problem, including a photo as proof, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date on which you receive your products to exercise your right to withdraw without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and be complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). If this is the case, you are responsible. Any damage suffered to the product on this occasion may nullify your right to withdraw.
You are also responsible for return costs.
Should you choose to exercise your right to withdraw, GABAKY will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days of notifying us of your request and via the same means of payment as that used to make the order.
- If the product has been used and therefore cannot be resold in its original condition.
- If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address entered when making the order.
- If the returns process has not been followed.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we have neither the resources nor the opportunities to manufacture everything in France. Naturally, this is our medium-term objective. However, our targets and packaging are already 100% made in France.
